Tandoori dishes are marinated in a mixture of spices and yoghurt, then cooked in the Tandoori oven.
A mixture of pilau rice, choice of meat or vegetable or prawn, served with separate vegetable curry.
Choice any of the following meat or vegetable or prawn with your traditional dishes.
Balti dishes are cooked in an iron wok with freshly blended spices, fresh tomatoes, green capsicum, onions and flavoured with herbs. The strength of these dishes are tailored to suit your own taste. Served with either plain rice or naan bread.
