Yuzu-marinated Salmon with broccolini gomaae and pickled carrot, daikon, cucumber and red onion. Served on a warm bed of rice topped with fried gyoza skin, Wasabi peas and beni shoga. Garnished with tobiko, itotogarashi and shiso cress.
