A tandoor oven is made of clay, shaped like a barrel and fueled with charcoal. The tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt with fresh herbs and spices and cooked in the oven until tender.
With its large population of strict vegetarians, India has a long tradition of vegetable dishes and has devised many unusual and ingenious ways of cooking even every day vegetables such as peas, potatoes, cauliflower, spinach, etc.
All of our breads are freshly baked in the tandoor (charcoal oven).
