Bánh Hỏi is a dish consisting of rice vermicelli woven into intricate squares and topped with chopped spring onions. It is served with fresh vegetables and fish sauce.
Bánh cuốn is made from a thin sheets of steamed rice paper filled with a mixture of meat, mushrooms and minced shallots. Sides for this dish consist of Chả Lụa (Vietnamese pork sausage), Nem Chua (sour pork sausage), Mung Bean pie, cucumber, bean sprouts.
Several of the following dishes contain seitan (vegetarian wheat mock meat) as a meat Substitute. Please ask your waiter if you would like to replace it with vegetables. All “fish sauces” served are vegan.
